Park Manor is a small city in Middle Tennessee, with a population of just under 3,000 people. Located between the cities of Franklin and Nashville, Park Manor is often referred to as the “Little Franklin” as it is surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful natural green space. The city has only been incorporated for about 30 years, so much of the area still feels very much like countryside. There are several parks and recreation areas within the city limits that make up a large part of its positive reputation. One of these is the Park Manor Historic District, which was registered in 1993 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
